White Mountain Survey has extensive experience in
providing drainage analysis and design for both small and large projects.
Our experience ranges from assessment of existing drainage problems
for a single-family residence and proposing creative and cost effective
solutions, to comprehensive grading and design for completely new commercial
sites. Our analysis and designs are used for obtaining local
permits for Site Plan approval, for state permits for Site Specific
approval, and for solutions to aggravating drainage problems that simply
can’t seem to be cured. White Mountain Survey routinely designs roads and
driveways for private developers as well as municipalities.
We have designed numerous roads throughout the state and country for
private developers adhering to local, state and federal design standards.
We pride ourselves in providing balanced designs that aid in
minimizing construction costs; yet provide safe and convenient access. We have had extensive experience in designing roads
that are more pedestrian friendly, aesthetically pleasing and cost effective
to construct. These types of
designs require innovative thinking that balances the needs of the motor
vehicle with that of the pedestrian. White Mountain Survey designs sanitary sewers and
municipal sewer connections in addition to on-site septic designs.
These designs can range from a single sanitary sewer connection to a
complete extension of a municipal sewer.
These designs can also include sewer designs related to community
septic systems for more rural projects, which would have the sewer run
through the development, but the treatment would be via leach fields. White Mountain Survey designs small public water
systems as defined by New Hampshire Administrative Rules Env-Ws 378.
A small community water system is any system that has 15 service
connections or regularly serves more than 25 people on a year ‘round
basis. Our experience includes the initial “Well Siting
Criteria” report, right through design of the storage tanks and delivery
system. |
