Expert Witness Testimony
Forensic
engineering deals with the analysis of a particular matter or sequence of
events, usually an accident, through the application of physics,
mathematics and logic to determine how the accident occurred and what
caused or might have caused the accident to happen. These services bring
to bear all of our design and research expertise and are performed by or
under the supervision of our licensed staff. In addition, our staff of
land surveyors have provided Expert Witness Services, on numerous
occasions, to clients litigating ownership rights and boundary line
disputes.
As licensed professionals, we are also routinely asked to render expert opinions and also to be available to render those opinions in a court of law, if necessary. We have provided expert testimony in District, Superior and Federal District courts, usually for engineering and surveying matters.
