One
of the most beneficial services that White Mountain Survey Co., Inc. provides,
involves determining the feasibility of a particular use for a particular
parcel of property. In other words, we help determine if the intended use
by the person who owns the property, or the party who wishes to purchase
property and has a particular use in mind, can in fact be done.
Often we find that someone wants to purchase a piece
of property for a specific use and once they close on the property they
learn that there is inadequate area for the sewage capacity they need, or
there is a wetland that they had not anticipated.
Some issue foils their intended use.
What we do is assess the property up front, for the
proposed use, and issue a report of our findings, which allows the buyer
or seller to maximize the use of the property and to be certain that it is
suitable for the intended use.
